Balkan Services (balkan.services) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

Data we collect

Order data: name, email address, billing country and order details — needed to deliver your program access and issue invoices.
Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
Support data: messages you send to support@balkan.services, including any training videos you share for feedback.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and cookies used to run the store and measure performance.

How we use it

To deliver and manage your program access
To provide customer and 1-on-1 training support
To send order confirmations and important service emails
To send occasional program updates or offers, only if you opted in (unsubscribe at any time)
To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations

Sharing

We share data only with providers required to run the store (Shopify, payment processors, email delivery). We never sell your data.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required by tax law. Support conversations and shared videos are deleted 12 months after your plan ends, or earlier on request.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, at any time by emailing support@balkan.services. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
