Balkan Services (balkan.services) sells digital access to online horse training programs. Because access is delivered instantly, our refund terms are as follows.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the program, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your order in full — no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of any plan (3, 6, 12 or 24 months).
Extra Support add-on
The Extra Support add-on is refundable within the same 14-day window, provided no more than one 1-on-1 support session has been used.
After 14 days
Refunds are not available after 14 days, except where access to the program was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side, or where the wrong plan was purchased by mistake and reported within 48 hours.
How to request a refund
- Email support@balkan.services with your order number and the email used at checkout.
- We confirm within 1–2 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve refund requests quickly. Access is suspended for orders under an active chargeback.
