These terms govern your purchase and use of the online horse training programs sold at balkan.services (“Balkan Services”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What you are buying

You purchase a personal, non-transferable licence to access the Horse Training Program online library for the duration of the plan you selected (3, 6, 12 or 24 months), starting from the date your access details are sent. Optional Extra Support gives priority 1-on-1 assistance from our trainers for the same period.

2. Delivery

Access details are sent by email, normally within minutes of payment and always within 24 hours. Check your spam folder; if nothing arrives, email support@balkan.services.

3. Account use

Access is for one household. Sharing login details, redistributing, recording, reselling or publicly displaying program content is prohibited and results in termination without refund.

4. Safety disclaimer

Working with horses carries inherent risk. Our programs are educational. You are responsible for your own safety, your horse’s welfare, and for seeking help from a qualified professional or veterinarian where appropriate. Always use suitable protective equipment. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from the application of the program.

5. Payments & renewals

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. You may purchase a new plan at any time to extend access.

7. Changes to the program

We may add, update or replace lessons at any time. Core program content will remain available for the length of your plan.

8. Intellectual property

All videos, documents, plans and materials are the property of Balkan Services and are protected by copyright.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Balkan Services is registered. Disputes will first be addressed through our support team in good faith.
